"I am writing this testimony in support of Scott Taylor, currently working at Ray White, who was our real estate agent throughout the preparation and sale of our rental property in Palmerston North.
We originally listed our house privately and after a period of time Scott contacted me by phone and discussed what he could offer. Upon taking him up on his offer to sell our house at, what I considered a very reasonable offer, he set about finding buyers. After a short time we were about to receive an offer when our tenant set the property on fire causing considerable damage. Throughout the process of rebuilding which took 6 months, Scott was invaluable in keeping an eye on progress and guiding us on what alterations would add value.
When it was finally time to re-advertise the property Scott organized a fantastic advert and spent a lot of time showing the property, unfortunately by this time the property market had slumped considerably, but even so I felt Scott worked very hard to get us a reasonable price in a difficult market.
Through out what ended up being a very difficult and time consuming process Scott has been supportive and willing to spend his time and energy to help us get a result and I couldn't recommend him highly enough, I appreciated his straight up honesty with us at all times".
